Biography of Beth Cunningham
Beth Cunningham PTA, BSSM
Beth has been involved in the fitness industry for over 25 years, with experience in group excercise, personal training, program design and management. She is also a licensed physical therapy assistant and utilizes a holistic approach to healing and wellness with patients with the use of the Pilates method as means of therapeutic treatment. Beth Cunningham holds certifications with ACE - group exercise, AFAA - personal training, Spencer Institute - wellness coach, NASM - performance enhancement specialist, indoor cycling and Body Pump. She is certified in the Pilates method through PHI Pilates and has been a national trainer and presenter for Pilates education. She has undergone the pretaining course for Gyrotonics® training. Additionally, Beth has completed a Bachelor of Science degree for Sport Management - Fitness and Wellness at California Univerisity of Pennsylvania. Most recently, Beth has started her own business, Bfit4u, which focuses on personal training and small group lifestyle coaching. Beth, herself enjoys an active lifestyle by running, cycling, hiking, snowboarding/snowshoeing and teaching a variety of classes.
